| We take particular care in packaging
of our Precision Shaft in order to
preserve them from oxidation and
possible damages coming from
transport and handling.
For above reason we have chosen
special surface protection and
dewatering oils and other products like
Branorost paper which can garantee
long storage.
Our Precision Shaft are preferably
delivered in wood boxes or in case of
small quantities, wrapped in compound
materials like Lamiflex.
All products used are preferably
ecological or recyclable in order to
satisfy the concerned European
standardizations.
The heavy load shipments are performed
with a proper transport in order
to avoid to transfer the Shaft among
several carriers. |

| TRACK ROLLER SYSTEM |

The system GD is
composed of a rail and a carriage.
The rail is made from an extruded
aluminium profile, clear anodized
as standard, in shich we insert
two precision ground shafts, with
tolerence h7, chrame plated. The
shafts are retained by set screws,
placed at fixed spacing center
distance dimension. The maximum
rail length is 6000 mm.
The carriage is made from anodized
aluminium (steel can be had upon
request), and four track rollers,
two mounted with eccentric screws
and two with concentric screws. |

The system GS allows
the realization of rails with
increased width. With this system
the same screw that is used to
retain the shaft in the extrusion
is used to affix the rail to the
supporting structure. The customer,
in this case, can choose the mounting
orientation. The raceways can
face each other or oppose each
other.
The advantage is the increased
space between the rails that can
be utilized by the customer.
It is clear that the accuracy
of the installation needed to
insure a trouble-free running,
will be obtained only during assembly.
Great care should be taken to
insure that the two raceways are
parallel to each other.
There are only two sizes available.
The track rollers used for these
systems are the same as in the
system GS. As with the rails for
the system GD, the maximum length
of the rail is 6000 mm. |
